Yeast Infection Rash Itchy Discharge Walk in Clinic Orlando

We have seen a 25 year old female who came to Urgent Care Medical Center with the complaints of rash,itching and vaginal discharge for one week. The patient used topical steroid but didn’t help. The patient was seen by Dr. Jain who did pelvic exam and the patient was diagnosed as having a yeast infection which can be confirmed by doing KOH prep. The patient was given diflucan tablets and terazol 7 cream for internal application. The patient responded to the treatment.
