A 28 year old patient was seen by Dr. Jain at the Urgent Care Clinic for the complaints of tiredness, weakness and gaining weight. The patient has been taking synthroid which was given by her MD. The patient did not have any blood drawn for long time. Dr. Jain ordered thyroid tests including TSH which was high which means thyroid is low. The dose of the thyroid was increased to 0.75mcg
