Neck & Back Pain-Urgent Care Walk in Medical Center Orlando

A 54 year old patient was seen by Dr. Jain at our Urgent Care Medical Center for the complaints of neck pain and back pain for last 6 hours. The patient also felt nausea but no other complaint of pain in the chest etc. The patient had blood drawn, chest x-ray and had an EKG which was  normal.

The patient was observed for 2 hours and EKG didn’t show any changes of heart attack. The patient was given ant-iinflamatory injecton. The patient felt much better in one hour and was sent home.

Back pain and neck pain can be a sign of heart attack and should be evaluated carefully for a possible heart attack and EKG should be done and patient should be watched.
