Anti-Aging, Yoga and Aerobic Dances

Dr. Usha Jain, director of our Urgent Care Center, recommends doing yoga and aerobic exercises regularly. Patients can be benefited in many ways. The most important is to burn  calories which can help prevent diabetes, hypertension and  joint pain. It keeps muscle and bones strong and prevents osteoporosis.

Exercise reduces stress and prevent depression. Exercise with music is wonderful for physical and mental well being. Relief of the stress is very important for anti-aging.
